Ingredients
  

  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant coconut cream pie pudding mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup pecans, chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix undrained crushed pineapple with both pudding mixes until thick.
  • Stir in the sour cream until smooth.
  • Fold in the whipped topping gently until well combined.
  • Add marshmallows and chopped pecans. Stir until evenly distributed.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Serve cold with optional garnish of toasted coconut or cherries.

Notes

Use canned pineapple for best consistency.
